These Terms and Conditions govern your use of joyfulsupplyz.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, United States, with a registered office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC trading as joyfulsupplyz, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are. We sell to individual consumers for personal use. We do not sell wholesale and we do not open reseller or dropshipping accounts.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, military APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or any address outside the United States.
2. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Every listing states the upper finish and the sizes and colors available for that style, and states the heel height wherever the manufacturer has given us a measurement. Our uppers are synthetic; we do not describe any of them as animal leather.
Photographs are representative. Color on a screen depends on your display, its calibration and the light you are sitting in, so a small variation between a photograph and the shoes in hand is normal. Handmade and finishing variation of a few millimeters between pairs is also normal. Neither makes an item defective, though both are valid reasons to return under our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Pricing and Errors
Prices are in United States dollars and are shown on each product page. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout on your shipping address and displayed before you pay. Import duties are included in the price and nothing is due on delivery.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it. We will email you if that happens.
4. How a Contract Is Formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; it does not form a contract. A contract comes into existence when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, if we cannot verify the payment, or if the shipping address is outside the region we serve. If we decline, you are charged nothing, or refunded in full if a charge was already taken.
5. Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, if it has not yet shipped. After that, our 30-day return process applies. Return shipping is at no cost to you and there is no restocking fee. Full terms, conditions and the return address are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, shipping charges, the regions we serve and the treatment of import duties are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates. Where we cannot ship within the time advertised, your rights under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule apply and are described in that policy.
7. Your Account
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of our returns process, or any unlawful purpose.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to break the law; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; to scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site; to interfere with its operation; to place orders using false, stolen or unauthorized payment details; or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin or our policies.
9. Customer Reviews and Endorsements
If we publish customer reviews on this site, they are genuine reviews from verified purchasers, published whether they are positive or negative. We follow the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (2024). Specifically:
- We do not write, buy or commission fake reviews, and we do not publish reviews written by anyone connected to the business as if they came from a customer.
- We do not offer payment, discounts, free product or any other incentive in exchange for a review, or in exchange for a review that expresses a particular sentiment.
- We do not suppress negative reviews or use legal threats to have them removed.
- We do not use AI-generated reviews.
- Where a reviewer has any material connection to us, that connection is disclosed next to the review.
Where no reviews are shown on a product page, it is because that product has not yet received any. We do not display a rating a product has not earned.
10. Intellectual Property
The joyfulsupplyz name, our site design and our written content are owned by AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing and fulfillment partners and is published with their permission; we do not claim to own it. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content commercially without written permission.
DMCA Notices
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email support@joyfulsupplyz.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you say infringes it; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will investigate and remove infringing material where a valid notice is received. We will also consider counter-notices submitted the same way.
11. Third-Party Links
This site may link to sites we do not operate. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here removes any warranty right you have under the law of your state.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
You keep your home-state rights. If you are a consumer resident in a US state, you may bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local small claims court. We will not ask a court to move a consumer claim out of your home state.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please email us at support@joyfulsupplyz.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most disputes are resolved this way.
Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this section. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, and nothing in these Terms limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site. This does not apply to claims arising from our own acts or omissions.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We update the date below whenever we make a change.
