This page sets out the limits of what we claim about our products and this website. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Product Photography and Color

Our photographs are taken to represent the shoes accurately, but no screen shows color perfectly. Display type, brightness, calibration and the light in your room all change how a nude, taupe, navy or burgundy reads. A shoe that looks slightly warmer or cooler in person than it did on screen is not defective. It is still a valid reason to return within 30 days under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Sizing and Measurement Tolerance

Sizes are US women's sizing and run 6 to 10, with wide widths on some styles. Footwear is finished partly by hand, so small variations between pairs of the same size — typically a few millimeters in length, width or heel height — are normal in this category. Stated heel heights are nominal and are measured on a mid-size sample.

Fit also depends on the shape of your foot and on the style: a pointed toe runs shorter across the front than a round or square toe at the same labeled size. If you are between sizes or unsure, email support@joyfulsupplyz.com before you order.

Materials

Our uppers, linings and outsoles are synthetic unless a product page says otherwise. Finishes described as patent, suede, nubuck, satin, knit, glitter or printed describe the appearance and texture of a synthetic material. We do not claim that any of our products are animal leather, and we do not publish material composition percentages we have not been given by the manufacturer.

Safe Use

These are dress shoes. They are not designed for running, hiking, sport, ladder work, industrial settings, or any use where protective footwear is required. Heels concentrate weight on a small area: take care on stairs, wet tile, polished floors, cobblestones, grates and escalators. Check that straps and buckles are secure before you walk. Stop wearing a pair if a heel, strap or sole becomes loose or damaged, and do not attempt a structural repair yourself.

If a shoe causes pain, numbness, blistering or skin irritation, stop wearing it. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not claim that any product prevents, treats, relieves or cures any medical condition, including bunions, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, arch problems or back pain. Words such as "arch support", "cushioned", "memory foam" and "bunion friendly" describe the construction of the shoe, not a medical outcome. If you have a foot condition, talk to a qualified healthcare professional about what is suitable for you.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use solvent-based cleaners. Store with the shape supported. Damage caused by machine washing, heat drying, or cleaning products not suitable for synthetic uppers is not a manufacturing fault.

California Proposition 65

California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, known as Proposition 65, requires a warning before knowingly exposing a person in California to a listed chemical above the applicable safe-harbor level. Footwear with synthetic uppers, coated finishes and metal trim is a category where listed chemicals such as phthalates, lead and cadmium can be present.

We do not hold Proposition 65 test results for our products. We are not, on this page, telling you that our products either do or do not contain listed chemicals above any threshold, because we do not have the testing that would let us say so. We are telling you which standard applies and what our position is. Obtaining that testing is on our list of work to complete, and we will update this page when we have results.

Flammability

General wearing apparel sold in the United States is subject to the Flammable Fabrics Act and 16 CFR Part 1610. We expect our products to meet the requirements that apply to them, and we do not currently hold test reports on file. We do not claim any product is flame resistant, fire retardant, or suitable for sleepwear.

Skin Sensitivity

Buckles, eyelets and decorative trim on some styles are metal and may contain nickel. If you have a known nickel sensitivity, take that into account before ordering a style with metal hardware, and stop wearing a pair if you develop a reaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
