This page is how you stop joyfulsupplyz from sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. It takes under a minute and you do not need an account.
What We Actually Do
We do not sell personal information for money. We never have.
We do use Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag on this site. Those tools set cookies and share online identifiers and browsing activity with Google so that we can measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and under the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states, that activity counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of it, and this page tells you how.
We do not run a Meta (Facebook) pixel on this site. We do not send SMS marketing.
Three Ways to Opt Out
1. Global Privacy Control — automatic
If you browse with Global Privacy Control enabled, we honor it automatically for that browser and device. You do not need to do anything else here. GPC is built into some browsers and available as an extension for others; see globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Your browser settings
Block or clear cookies for joyfulsupplyz.com in your browser settings. That stops advertising and analytics cookies being read on that browser. The choice lives on the device you make it on, so repeat it on each device and browser you use.
3. Email us
Send an email to support@joyfulsupplyz.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address you used when ordering, and an order number if you have one, so we can find your record.
We confirm within 15 business days that the request has been applied. We will not ask you for a driver's license, passport, Social Security number or any other identity document. We verify by matching what you tell us against our own order records, and nothing more.
What Happens After You Opt Out
- We stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising.
- The Google Ads tag no longer runs for your browser.
- You may still see our advertising, but it will not be targeted using your information from this site.
- Your ability to browse, order, return and get support is completely unaffected.
You Will Not Be Penalized
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, give you a lower quality of service, or suggest you will get any of those, because you exercised this right. That is required by law and it is also simply how we intend to operate.
Authorized Agents
You can have someone submit this request for you. We will ask for written proof that you authorized them, and we may contact you to confirm.
Right to Appeal
If we decline your request, reply to our decision email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will review it and respond in writing within 45 days with our reasoning. If we deny the appeal, you can lodge a complaint with your state Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Your Other Privacy Rights
Alongside opting out, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. Those rights, and how to use them, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
