joyfulsupplyz is an online store selling women's dress heels — pumps, slingbacks, kitten heels, block heels, Mary Janes and loafer heels — to customers across the contiguous United States. The store is operated by AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado.
What We Sell
Our catalog is built around one category and stays there. Every listing is a women's heeled dress shoe in a synthetic upper — smooth, patent, suede-finish, nubuck-finish, satin, knit, glitter or printed — at a heel height between roughly one and five inches. Sizes run US 6 to 10, with wide widths listed on some styles. We do not carry menswear, children's footwear, or leather-certified product, and we do not claim any of our uppers are animal leather.
Prices sit between $48.99 and $63.99. We do not run permanent strike-through pricing, and you will not see a "was" price on our product pages unless a real, previously charged price stands behind it.
Where Your Order Ships From
This is the part most stores our size leave vague, so we will say it plainly. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, in China. We do not hold stock in the United States, we do not operate a US warehouse, and the Colorado address on this page is a registered office for the company — not a store, not a showroom, and not a place goods move through.
Because the parcel crosses a border, import duties apply. We pay those duties in advance. Nothing is due from you on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for a payment before handing over a joyfulsupplyz parcel, do not pay it — email us first at support@joyfulsupplyz.com.
Returns are handled in the United States. Approved returns go to our returns facility in Miami, Florida. You never ship a return to China, and you never ship a return to the Colorado registered office.
How Long Delivery Takes
We quote 3 to 5 business days to process an order and 8 to 12 business days in transit, for a total of 11 to 17 business days. Those are business days, not calendar days, and they do not include weekends or US federal holidays. We publish the full breakdown, with a worked example, on our Shipping Policy page.
We do not offer expedited shipping. Quoting a two-day service we cannot actually deliver from an overseas warehouse would be the easiest sale to make and the fastest way to lose a customer, so we do not do it.
How We Handle Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date. We send a prepaid return label at no cost to you, including when you have simply changed your mind, and we do not charge a restocking fee. The shoes need to come back unworn, never worn outdoors, in the original shoe box with every accessory that came with them.
