Shipping Policy

This page explains exactly how long a joyfulsupplyz order takes, where it ships from, what it costs, and who pays import duties. Every figure here is the same figure used on our product pages, at checkout and in our Merchant Center data.

Delivery Timeline

A Worked Example

You order at 8:00 PM MT on Tuesday. That is after the 6:00 PM cut-off, so processing starts Wednesday. Five business days of processing runs Wednesday through the following Tuesday. Twelve business days of transit from there lands you at the Thursday two and a half weeks later. A faster run — three processing days and eight transit days — would have the parcel with you about a week and a half sooner. Both outcomes sit inside the 11 to 17 business day window.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday. They do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Around those dates, and during the Chinese New Year period when our partner warehouse closes, expect the upper end of the range.

Where Your Order Ships From

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, in China. We do not hold inventory in the United States and we do not operate a US warehouse. The Colorado address in our company information is a registered office for AMORIA BEAUTY LABS LLC — not a store, showroom or warehouse.

Returns are handled in the United States, at our facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey. You never ship a return to China. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping Rates

The $60 threshold is measured on your order total after any discount code is applied. If a discount takes your subtotal below $60, the $7.95 charge applies. Sales tax and shipping itself do not count toward the threshold.

We do not offer expedited or express shipping.

Where We Ship

We ship to: the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or any other US territory; military APO, FPO and DPO addresses; or any address outside the United States.

P.O. Boxes: accepted. Orders to a P.O. Box are shipped with USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Carriers and Tracking

Final-mile delivery in the United States is handled by USPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Scans normally begin within 24 to 48 hours of that email.

On the international leg, tracking can sit without a new scan for several days while the parcel moves between handling points or waits in customs. That is normal. If tracking has not updated for ten consecutive business days, email us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order crosses an international border, so import duties apply to it. We pay those duties in advance and they are already included in the price shown at checkout. Nothing is due from you on delivery.

If a courier, a delivery driver, or anyone contacting you by text or email asks for a payment before releasing a joyfulsupplyz parcel, do not pay it. Refuse the request, keep any paperwork or screenshots, and email support@joyfulsupplyz.com with your order number. We will take it up with the carrier directly.

Import duties are separate from US sales tax. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown to you before you pay. See our Payment Policy.

Your Rights Under the FTC Mail Order Rule

Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we must ship within the time we advertise, or within 30 days if we advertise no time. If we cannot meet that, we will contact you with a revised date and you may either accept it or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot ship at all, we cancel and refund automatically. A refund issued under this rule goes back to your original payment method and we do not substitute store credit for it.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. Once an order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original $7.95 shipping charge, once it reaches our returns facility.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Check the tracking. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered up to 24 hours before it physically arrives.
Look around the property. Porch, side door, mailroom, building reception, and with neighbors.
Wait two more business days. Most parcels marked delivered in error turn up in that window.
Email us at support@joyfulsupplyz.com with your order number and tracking number. We open an inquiry with the carrier.
We resolve it. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we replace it or refund it in full. If the carrier confirms delivery to your address and the parcel was taken after that, we will help you file a claim; theft after confirmed delivery is outside what we can refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shoes, the shoe box and the shipping label. Damaged, defective and incorrectly shipped orders are entirely our cost: we send a prepaid return label and either replace the pair or refund it in full, including the original shipping charge.
